Dr. Francis Ngulefac
Director of Family Life
Dr. Francis Ngulefac was called into the vocational Christian
ministry in January 2012. He enables individuals, couples,
families, and leaders to discover their purpose, maximize their
potential, and fulfill their destiny. He accomplishes these tasks
by preaching, teaching, coaching, mentoring, counseling, and
praying with and for this audience in churches, retreats,
seminars, conferences, colleges and universities, and the
community. After serving in several capacities in the ministry for
10 years, the Lord instructed him to focus his ministry on
marriages and families. In total obedience to that commission, Dr.
Francis Ngulefac enables individuals and couples to create and
enjoy honorable and sustainable marriage relationships so that
they can lead successful family lives.
As one who has much value in education, this optimistic visionary and dynamic seeker of the kingdom has invested quality time and resources to acquire several academic degrees and professional certifications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, a master’s degree in practical theology, a second master's degree in organizational leadership, and a Ph.D. in Education.
Dr. Francis is a Family Life Educator and a Master Life Coach. He is a member of the National Council on Family Relations and the Family Life Coaching Association. He is the founding president of The HaSMaR Institute and a passionate, prolific, and serial writer and editor who has published the books: Holistic Success, Maximize Your Influence, and other manuscripts that are being published.
He is joyfully married to his wife, Mrs. Esther Ngulefac. They both live with their children in the Washington, DC area.
