Dr. Piyabalo Padaro brings a wealth of expertise in logistics, operations, and supply chain management to his role as the Director of Charitable Operations at Christian Therapeutic Ministry. His career is marked by excellence, leadership, and a commitment to service, both in his professional endeavors and his ministry contributions.
Dr. Padaro holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University, completed in December 2019. He also earned a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Specialization in Logistics from Saint Leo University in 2014.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Dr. Padaro retired in 2020 as a Chief Logistics Specialist after serving over 21 years with distinction. He currently serves as a Logistics Management Officer for the United States Marine Corps in Norfolk, VA, further showcasing his expertise in managing complex operations.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Padaro has been an Adjunct Faculty Member in the College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide Online Campus since 2019, where he mentors and teaches future leaders in logistics and business administration.
At Christian Therapeutic Ministry, Dr. Padaro leverages his extensive experience to oversee charitable operations, ensuring the ministry’s resources are effectively utilized to serve the underprivileged and vulnerable. Dr. Padaro is proudly and faithfully married to Mrs. Felicia Padaro. Together, they reside in the Virginia Beach, VA area, where they enjoy life with their beloved children.
